Dicle Yurdakul earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing major) from Izmir University of Economics in June 2013. She had been engaged as a Lecturer at Izmir University of Economics and taught marketing management, marketing research and retailing at graduate and post-graduate levels. She has been working as a post-doctoral research fellow at Koç University since February 2014. Her postdoctoral research focus on corporate social responsibility and inclusive business models. She is also performing as a consultant for UNDP in two projects on the role of private sector in development. Her research interests lie in the fields of poverty research, consumer empowerment, sustainable development and gender studies.
